We provide uniformed, fully SIA Licenced Security Officers. Our speciality is to be able to provide our Client’s with an Officer at short notice. Our Officers are proficient in all aspects of Security whether the requirements are Gatehouse and Reception duties, or Guarding Commercial and Industrial premises.

Site specific Assignment Instructions compiled to individual Customer requirements
On the commencement of a new Contract, our Operations Manager will liaise closely with the Client so that a comprehensive set of Assignment Instructions can be prepared peculiar to the relevant site. Once signed off by both the Client and Louis James Security, this ensures that any Security Officer deployed on site has the means to carry out their duties effectively.

CCTV Monitoring
All our SIA Licenced Security Officers have been encouraged to undertake additional CCTV licencing and the majority are in the process of applying for the necessary licence having successfully passed the relevant exam. A Security Office holding the relevant CCTV Licence MUST carry out any Security Contract that involves the use of CCTV in any way, however slight. Louis James Security Limited actively invites all our employees to have as much training as possible.

Alarm Response
We provide a service whereby if a Client has to attend their premises out of hours we will also attend. This assists our Client’s in conforming to the ‘Lone Persons Working Directive of 1974’. If your alarm is activated we will meet a member of Staff/Keyholder on Site to safely assist in assessing any incident that may have occurred. The necessary emergency service will be called if required and our Licenced Security Officer will remain on site for as long as is needed to maintain that your site is left secured.
