Damon Ralph

Operations Manager

Damon Ralph joined Louis James Security initially as a Security Officer. His background experience includes working in the Retail Sector, Driving and the Construction Industry. Having undergone a career change into the Security Industry, Damon has bought with him a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience.

Louis James Security, whose policy is where possible to promote from within, realised Damon’s potential and thirst for knowledge. This has meant that apart from studying to reach the requirements of all Security Officers as required by the S.I.A., Damon has gone on to achieve additional S.I.A. qualifications in order to ensure Louis James Security Clients receive the best service possible.

Following his promotion to Operation Manager’s, Damon has developed a good rapport with all existing Louis James Security Clients and employees alike.
